Man Accused Of Stealing Pizza, Urinating In Public Indicted

A Carrollton man is accused of stealing pizza, urinating in public and trying to punch an officer in the face at a Douglasville RaceTrac.

DOUGLASVILLE, GA — A Carrollton man accused of stealing two slices of pizza, damaging over $100 in protein bars, urinating in public and trying to punch a police officer in the face — all at a Douglasville RaceTrac — has been indicted, the Douglas County Sentinel reported.

Donald Holland, 35, faces five charges in connection with the mid-October incident: theft by shoplifting, criminal trespassing, disorderly conduct, public indecency and obstruction to law enforcement, according to arrest reports. He also faces a drug charge.

According to arrest warrants obtained by the news outlet, Holland is accused of taking two slices of pizza valued at less than $5 from the RaceTrac on Fairburn Road, as well as damaging nearly $111 in protein bars. He is also accused of urinating on the floor and trying to punch an officer in the face twice.

Holland was arrested Oct. 17, according to jail records, and he remains in the county jail without bond. He was indicted by a Douglas County grand jury Dec. 3.
