Douglas County Sheriff's Office charged him with seven counts of reckless conduct.

Douglas County authorities are trying to determine if there are more victims after the arrest of a man for having “intimate contact” with women without revealing he is HIV positive.
The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office said in an email late Wednesday afternoon that Jason Alexander Young has been arrested and charged with seven counts of reckless conduct.
“This subject has approached victims through various social media outlets,” the sheriff’s office said in the email. “We are asking for any female in the metro Atlanta area that has had relations with this subject to please contact Investigator Trent Wilson at 770-920-4907 or by email at twilson@sheriff.douglas.ga.us.”
