Mattie's Call Issued For Missing Douglasville Woman With Dementia

A 74-year-old Douglasville woman with dementia went missing Thursday afternoon. Authorities need the public's help to find her.

Delores Johnson, 74, was last seen at 3 p.m. Thursday at Chase Bank on Thornton Road in Douglasville, according to the Douglasville Police Department. Johnson suffers from dementia and "may seem confused or irate," authorities said.

DOUGLASVILLE, GA — Authorities have issued a Mattie's Call for an older Douglasville woman suffering from dementia who disappeared Thursday afternoon.

Delores Johnson, 74, was last seen at 3 p.m. Thursday at Chase Bank on Thornton Road in Douglasville, according to a social-media post from the Douglasville Police Department. She was wearing a brown shirt, brown pants and a black hat.

The post goes on to say that Johnson suffers from dementia and “may seem confused or irate.”
