Missing Teen Sought By Douglas County Sheriff's Office
Information on a missing 17-year-old is sought by the Douglas County Sheriff's Office.
DOUGLAS COUNTY, GA — The Douglas County Sheriff's Office needs the public's help to find a missing teen.
Isaac Philips, 17, was last seen on Nov. 8, in Douglas County, unknown clothing description. Isaac is described as 5’9", 200 pounds, black hair and brown eyes.
