New Manchester High A Cappella Group To Sing At Fox Theatre

DOUGLAS COUNTY, GA – InToneNation, the award-winning acapella group at New Manchester High School, has been invited to grace the stage of the historic Atlanta theatre.

Disney handpicked the group to open up for Disney’s newest a cappella group DCappella when they bring their nationwide tour to the Fabulous Fox Theatre on January 27th. DCappella, Disney Music Group’s new a cappella singing sensation, came together through a nationwide search for the best vocal performing talent in a cappella and stage.

Hundreds of a cappella groups and performers applied for this honor through a social media contest. InToneNation is proud to have been chosen to kick off the harmony-filled evening at the historic venue. The 42 stop nationwide concert tour features contemporary arrangements of Disney classic and modern hits, promising the audience a true a cappella experience.

Director of Choral Music Trey Giddens said students are eager and excited to open for the a cappella performers. “The students are super thrilled about this opportunity! It will be such an awesome experience to perform on the stage of the Fox Theatre and with DCappella. The students are ready to perform. This will be an experience InToneNation will never forget!”
