Rapper Snoop Dogg Lists GA Mansion For Sale

Snoop Dogg's six-bedroom, four-bathroom Georgia mansion could fit a multigenerational family, a listing agent told Realtor.com.

DOUGLASVILLE, GA — Rapper, actor and entrepreneur Snoop Dogg's six-bedroom, four-bathroom mansion in Douglasville has hit the market for $575,000 — some may call that a steal.

Calvin "Snoop Dogg" Broadus Jr. bought the Holly Hills property for $458,000 in 2021, according to Realtor.com, an online tool for property listings. The listing address for the mansion was not immediately available.

Privacy is a treat at the spacious 1-acre brick mansion as it is nestled away from the road. It comes with a movie theater, a guest suite, an in-law suite and a fitness room, eXp Realty listing agent Francheska Portuondo told Realtor.

She added the two-story home may be ideal for a multigenerational family.

“To get an acre of land in the city, the price would be astronomical,” Portuondo said in the Realtor report. “I think the next buyer may have several kids. It could also be someone who wants to have their parents live with them. The downstairs is ideally set up for that. It also has a level yard and a fenced-in area for pets."
