Temple Police Searching For Missing 14-Year-Old

Temple, Ga., police are searching for a missing 14-year-old who was last seen at the Flying J Travel Center in Temple.​

TEMPLE, GA — Temple, Ga., police are searching for a missing 14-year-old who was last seen at the Flying J Travel Center in Temple.

According to Temple Police, Elijah Kirchner-Jiron was traveling with his father and stepmother from Utah when they stopped at the Flying J Travel Center at 650 Carrollton St.
Police said the child walked away from the travel center after taking a shower, while his father was still in the shower. Police said the 14-year-old has a history of running away.

Police described the teen as 6'2" tall, weighing 200 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing khaki pants and an olive green shirt. They said he may also be wearing a blue hoodie and burgundy shorts.

Anyone with information about Kirchner-Jiron, are asked to call the Temple Police Department at (770) 562-9995 or dial 911 immediately.
