Williamson Bros Bar-B-Q Closes Douglasville Location, But Hopes To Open Another
Williamson Bros. Bar-B-Q was open on Concourse Parkway for 18 years, but it's now closed — at least for the time being.

DOUGLASVILLE, GA — After 18 years in Douglasville, Williamson Bros. Bar-B-Q has closed its doors.
The general manager of the Douglasville store, Sawyer Williamson, told the Douglas County Sentinel the property had been sold and the new owners wanted to move in immediately. It's not clear what business will be open in its place.
The popular barbecue joint is still open in Marietta and Canton, so you can still get your Williamson Bros. BBQ rib, brisket, and pork beef chicken sandwiches if you're willing to make a drive — for now, at least.
