2 Charged In Duluth Drug Probe
A pair of men was accused of having 153 pounds of marijuana and more than $20,000 in cash, which was seized in Duluth during the probe.
DULUTH, GA — More than 150 pounds of marijuana and at least $20,000 in cash were seized during a drug probe that ended with the arrests of two men, authorities said Monday.
The Gwinnett County Sheriff's Office said its Metro Task Force on Valentine's Day were tipped off to a marijuana delivery at a Duluth storage facility.
After some time, authorities identified the suspect's car and arrested the duo, who they identified as Jian Yi Wu and Hieu M. Quach.

After the pair was arrested, authorities said they searched the facility and a Duluth hotel. Ultimately, 153 pounds of marijuana and more than $20,000 in cash were seized, authorities said.
Wu was charged on suspicion of VGCSA possession of a schedule III-controlled substance, VGCSA trafficking in marijuana (2,000-10,000 pounds) and VGCSA possession of a schedule I controlled substance, authorities said.

Quach was charged on suspicion of VGCSA trafficking in marijuana (2,000-10,000 pounds), authorities said.
Both men are being held at the Gwinnett County Jail, authorities said.
