Bomar, Dugan Win in Duluth

Incumbents win re-election to City Council in runoff election.

Incumbents Marsha Anderson Bomar and Jim Dugan have won re-election to the Duluth City Council.

According to runoff results posted on the city website Tuesday (Dec. 3), Bomar received 292 votes (56 percent) to 229 for Post 1 challenger David Cossette.

Dugan, the Post 2 incumbent, got 271 votes (51 percent) to 257 for challenger Seth Grey.
