A benefit event for Duluth couple Philip and Melanie Morgan featuring food, entertainment, dancing, fantastic prizes and a cash prizes. Proceeds will assist the couple with expenses associated with a heart attacked suffered by Phil that turned out to be an aortic tear in his heart followed by a series of strokes. He is having to undergo intensive physical, occupational and speech therapy.
Food is being provided by popular restaurants including Pappadeaux, Purple Rain, Jim n Nicks Barbeque, California Dreaming, Golden Seven Chinese, Marlow's Tavern, Kurt's Bistro, Hooter's, Sam's Club, Boudreaux's Cajun Market & Cafe, and Carol's Cookies and Cakes.
Guests will be entertained by the rock band Critical Velocity, "Sinatra and Friends," magician James Brandon, vocalist Jack Collins, and StratoGeeser, a surf music trio.
