• Stabbing Injures Man During Road-Rage Dispute On I-85 In Gwinnett (patch.com) — Drivers in Duluth may be rattled after police reported a road-rage confrontation on I-85 south where a man was stabbed in the chest after an argument with the driver of a white van. The victim survived after hospital treatment, and Gwinnett County Police later arrested Yoandry Rincon on an aggravated assault charge in connection with the November 13 incident.
   

• Jackson EMC Foundation awards $49K to agencies serving Gwinnett County residents (jacksonprogress-argus.com) — Duluth residents in need could see more support soon, as Jackson EMC Foundation awarded $2,500 to Humanity First’s Duluth Food Pantry to expand food box distribution for Gwinnett families. Several other nearby co-ops and ministries also received grants to bolster food assistance across the county. The funding comes from local electric customers who round up their monthly bills.
