Primerica Breaks Ground for Global Headquarters
Primerica is Gwinnett County's fourth largest private employer with 1,800 employees. New headquarters will have space for 200 more employees.
Georgia Gov. Nathan Deal joined Gwinnett Chamber, Georgia Department of Economic Development and Primerica officials in breaking ground for the company’s future global headquarters in Duluth. The new 344,476- square-foot facility on newly named Primerica Parkway is expected to be ready for occupancy in April 2013.
“Primerica is one of Georgia’s outstanding corporate citizens, and its commitment to Georgia is deeply gratifying. The company’s experience here over the last 34 years has helped it understand how our logistics infrastructure and our deep well of talent can keep it growing and successful into the future,” Gov. Deal said in an announcement of the Nov. 4 groundbreaking issued by the Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce.
Since 1985 Primerica’s headquarters have been located at 3100 and 3120 Breckinridge Blvd. in unincorporated Duluth. The current campus includes leases on 10 separate buildings covering 385,217 square feet. The new facility will consolidate Primerica’s operations in the 10 buildings into one three-story building with two connected wings.

The new headquarters is located in Duke Realty’s Legacy mixed-use office park near Interstate 85. The Legacy property is bordered by Ga. Hwy. 120/Duluth Hwy., Meadow Church Road and apartments on Satellite Boulevard.
Primerica is a leading distributor of financial products such as term life insurance, mutual funds, and loans to families in North America. The company is the fourth largest private employer in Gwinnett with approximately 1,800 employees. The new headquarters building will have the capacity to hold an additional 200 employees.

“Our new location is at the hub of the Gwinnett County business, sports and entertainment community, and the thoughtfully designed building will be a centerpiece for our company and our employees and a showcase for our more than 90,000 representatives across North America,” said John Addison, chairman of Primerica Distribution and co-chief CEO. “We wish to thank Gov. Deal for his support, as well as our partners at Duke Realty, Gwinnett County, Gwinnett Chamber Economic Development, and government officials for being so helpful and supportive of our move.”
