Who Will Win Duluth Council Runoff Races?
Both incumbents still face challengers. Share your thoughts.

Though Louis Tseng and Kirkland Carden came up short Tuesday, their backers still could be factors in Duluth City Council races.
Both the Post 1 and Post 2 races are headed for runoffs, as no candidate emerged with the 50 percent plus one total necessary for a primary victory.
In Post 1, Marsha Anderson Bomar (the incumbent) got 47 percent of 1,146 votes, and David Cossette received 34 percent.
In Post 2, incumbent Jim Dugan got 40.9 percent of 1,156 votes, and challenger Seth Grey received 29.9 percent. Carden was nine votes shy of Grey's total.
Tseng's 18.6 percent and Carden's 29.1 percent totals would be enough for victory for either runoff candidate.
The runoff election will be held Tuesday, Dec. 3. Any early voting period has yet to be announced.
