Dunwoody High School Student Dies In Fall During Run In Florida
Dunwoody High School tweets that one of its students, Phineas Haq, died while on spring break in Florida.

(Updated at 4:35 p.m. Friday) DUNWOODY, GA -- A Dunwoody High School student has died while in Florida on spring break, Patch has learned.
Phineas Haq, a sophomore, passed away on April 4, according to a Twitter post sent by Dunwoody High. Haq was a member of the school's cross-country team and the school's basketball coach told WXIA that the athlete died from injuries he received after a fall while running.
"It is with much sadness that I inform our DHS family that Phineas Haq, a sophomore, passed away from a tragic accident in Florida," the school said.

The school also tweeted: "It has been a difficult 12 months for our Wildcat Family. It is in times like this that we all need to be there for each other."
The cross county team's Twitter account shared the hashtag #PhineasStrong in honor of the teen.
