Dunwoody Software Firm To Create 200 Jobs: Report

DUNWOODY, GA — A high-tech firm in Dunwoody plans to expand and bring 200 more jobs to the city, according to a media report. LeaseQuery LLC, a maker of accounting software, has signed a lease for nearly 53,000 square feet in an office tower near Perimeter Mall, and plans to add positions in sales, marketing, customer solutions, software engineering and related occupations, the Atlanta Business Chronicle reported Friday, May 31.

LeaseQuery, a private firm, develops software "for companies trying to navigate national and international financial reporting rules," the Chronicle said.

Recent changes in those rules, such as how companies report long-term leases, are driving LeaseQuery's growth spurt.

The firm has been running out of room at its headquarters in The Terraces, a pair of 11-story office buildings near the mall, just off Interstate 285, the Chronicle reported.
