Health Coach to Discuss "Eating for Energy" for Seniors
The program, part of the "Older Americans Month" series, will take place at Dunwoody library May 1.

Holistic health coach Jessica Hood is scheduled to visit Dunwoody library on Wednesday, May 1, from 11 a.m.-12 p.m. to discuss "three simple steps to boost your energy throughout your day"Â according to the library's website.Â
The program, "Eating for Energy" is aimed at people age 55 and older and is part of the "Older Americans Month" series.
