Historic Farmhouse Has New Occupants

The Cheek-Spruill Farmhouse has new occupants.

The Weber, DelCampo and Grayson law firm is leasing the home, the Dunwoody Crier reports.

The 107-year-old Cheek-Spruill Farmhouse's last owner was the Spruill family, the newspaper reports. The house has also been the site of a tea shop, which later closed, and has been rented out for events such as parties. The Dunwoody Preservation Trust made sure the home was not torn down, the Crier said.
