Man Suspected Of Check Fraud Sought In Dunwoody

Dunwoody police say a man fraudulently deposited three checks totaling nearly $4,000 back in June.

DUNWOODY, GA -- Police in Dunwoody are asking the public's help in finding a man suspected of check fraud. The case stems from two June incidents at two different businesses, authorities said.

The man was caught on security camera inside one of the establishments.

Dunwoody police said that he fraudulently deposited three checks and withdrew the funds totaling $3,957.86 at two separate locations. Authorities have not revealed how they know the checks were fraudulent.
