Person of Interest Wanted in Xbox Theft: Police

Man stole gaming console in Walmart, according to Dunwoody police.

DUNWOODY, GA -- Police in Dunwoody are looking for a person of interest in connection with the theft of an Xbox gaming console from a Walmart.

Police are circulating the picture of a man with a brown jacket on a close-cropped hair. He weighs about 170 to 190 pounds, police said.

The incident happened on Dec. 5 amidst the busy holiday season, while shoppers were milling about.

"He stole an XBOX that had been sat on the ground for a moment by the victim," police said on Facebook.

Dunwoody has been the location of some high-profile thievery lately. Last week, octogenarian jewel thief Doris Payne was arrested just outside Perimeter Mall for allegedly swiping a necklace.
