Volunteer Need: provide individuals and their families facing cancer with one-on-one assistance, compassion, and connect them to free resources such as wigs, programs, support groups, cancer education, and other services.

Quality Control Specialist Volunteer
United Way of Metropolitan Atlanta
Volunteer Need: perform short telephone interviews and entering responses into a database. The purpose of this is to help measure the effectiveness of agencies listed in United Way's 2-1-1 database and to collect information on unmet needs in the community.
How Often: three to six month commitment; weekly commitment of five to 10 hours, Mondays through Fridays
