Brian Deriso Joins St. Bourke

St. Bourke, an Atlanta-based asset management and property development company, announces Brian Deriso, RLA Deriso is a highly experienced planning and design professional who brings more than two decades of experience in landscape architecture, site design and project management to the St. Bourke team.

As Senior Director – Planning & Design, Deriso works alongside the Vice President – Planning & Design to support the overall design function at St. Bourke with a focus on preparing clear planning and design strategies and recommendations that add value and enhance the development potential of all properties in the portfolio. Deriso works closely with the team to identify and mitigate potential planning and design risks through creative planning strategies, develop project budgets and feasibilities, annual budgets and land-related capital requests. He manages the scoping, briefing, procurement and preparation of key design deliverables such as master plans, construction drawings and architectural guidelines.

Prior to joining the St. Bourke team in 2022, Deriso served as the Managing Landscape Architect for a leading architecture and design firm based in Atlanta where he managed a portfolio of projects valued from $20 to $150 million. In this capacity he prepared full-site hardscape and landscape construction plans and developed project budgets and fee proposals.

Deriso holds a Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture from the University of Georgia. He is a Registered Landscape Architect (RLA) in Georgia, Florida and Louisiana. Deriso is a 20-year resident of Cobb County where he resides with his wife and two daughters.
