Decorative Sheep Stolen From Retirement Home: Report

Two of the complex's three sheep have disappeared since Halloween. Cobb County police haven't been made aware of the thefts.

A local retirement community is in a baaad mood after thieves have once again made off with decorative sheep that dot their lawn, according to a report.

Two of the three sheep that welcomed visitors to Arbor Terrace have gone missing, the Marietta Daily Journal reports. The black sheep was stolen around Halloween, and one of the two white sheep was stolen two weeks ago.

A Cobb County police detective whose beat includes the Arbor Terrace area said he was “currently unaware of any thefts of holiday yard ornaments this season,” department spokesman Dana Pierce told Patch.
