Motorcycle Accident In East Cobb Seriously Injures Marietta Man

A 63-year-old Marietta man was seriously injured Sunday night when his Harley hit the curb on East Piedmont Road near Bertha Way.

EAST COBB, GA — A Sunday-evening motorcycle accident in East Cobb seriously injured a Marietta man, according to multiple reports.

Glen Russell Miller, 63, was headed north on East Piedmont Road near Bertha Way at about 7 p.m. when his Harley Davidson failed to maintain its lane and hit the concrete curb, according to Cobb Police as reported by WXIA-TV. From there, the motorcycle continued north, crossed the curb and hit the guard rail, throwing Miller to the shoulder of the road.

Miller was taken to Wellstar Kennestone Hospital with serious injuries, according to police.
