Sarden mentions East Cobb cityhood on her campaign website, saying while she supports voters having the right to choose whether or not to become a city, she believes there's been a "rushed timeline" with the referendum and said there are too many unanswered questions about what cityhood could mean.
"Judy's greatest desire is to serve the people of District 3 as a Commissioner who listens to her constituents and who ensures that their voices are heard at the county level," her campaign website reads. "She understands that regardless of who a constituent voted for, our County commissioner represents all residents of her district and she hopes to help our community begin to heal after the divisiveness of the recent past."
