  1. A manhunt is underway in Hall County as authorities search for a suspect who allegedly shot another man during a Jul. 4 dispute over a woman in Gainesville. The suspect, identified as Emcee Dante Weaver, reportedly fired shots from a car into another vehicle, injuring the victim. Warrants have been issued for Weaver's arrest, and police are urging anyone with information to come forward. (WSB Atlanta)
  2. A Georgia mother was arrested in Toccoa after allegedly locking her son inside a house filled with bug spray, resulting in a poisoning incident. Police were called to the scene and had to forcefully enter the home, where they found the boy gasping for air. The mother, Susan White, was taken into custody and faces charges of reckless conduct.   3. Mark your calendars for an exciting First Friday event in downtown Gainesville, happening on Jul. 7. Enjoy live music by Eli Hannon and Catherine Strings from 4:00-6:00 p.m. as you explore the streets, discover new local businesses, and indulge in dinner.
