Park Ridge BTR Townhomes Now Open for Leasing in Sugar Hill
Parkland Residential opens model home to showcase 140 stacked townhomes

Parkland Residential, the build-to-rent (BTR) division of Parkland Communities, opens its newest community, Park Ridge, in Sugar Hill, Georgia. The community is officially open for leasing, and potential renters are invited to tour the beautifully decorated model homes and take advantage of the Grand Opening incentives.

Prospective residents can now tour the model homes and experience Parkland’s thoughtfully designed home plans, high-end finishes and flexible living spaces.

Residents can choose between two open-concept floor plans:
- The Dogwood: 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, loft, approx. 1,950 sq. ft.
- The Laurel: 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, approx. 1,600 sq. ft.
Each home includes a private one-car garage, spacious kitchens, an oversized primary suite with walk-in closet, plus a stylish primary bath with dual vanities and separate tub and shower. The covered outdoor living areas overlook manicured greenspace and are perfect for entertaining friends or a social gathering with neighbors.
