Artisan Built Communities announces The Manor at Gainesville Township, part of a master-planned community under development within Gainesville city limits. The Manor is the first of many planned villages within the community and offers single-family estate homes priced from the $500,000s.

“We are excited to be part of this incredible new community opening soon in Gainesville,” said Stephen Haines, President of Artisan Built Communities. “This is our first foray into Hall County, and we believe Gainesville Township will become the area’s flagship community. This is a beautifully imagined master-planned community that pays homage to townships of old while offering all the quality, amenities and convenience that today’s homeowners desire.”

Gainesville Township is a 1,122-acre master-planned community located in the foothills of the North Georgia Mountains minutes away from I-985, the historic Gainesville town square and Lake Lanier. Once complete, Gainesville Township is expected to have over 2,000 homes and an impressive amenity lineup that includes a central Amenity Center, passive parks, an extensive trail system and the adjacent J. Melvin Cooper Youth Athletic Complex. Developers have placed a special emphasis on maintaining a balance between development and nature, preserving 650 acres of open space throughout the master plan.

The Manor at Gainesville Township has 110 total home sites, to be released in multiple phases. The first phase features the largest home sites, with three-car garages and upscale features offered as standard. The six available home plans offer three to five bedrooms and up to four bathrooms ranging from 2,767 to 3,431 square feet of living space. Inviting interiors showcase open concepts ideal for entertaining, while generously sized bedrooms and flex living spaces offer room for the whole family. Sidewalk-lined streets and wooded backyards enhance the appeal of each home and contribute to the traditional Southern township feel of the community.

The VIP List is now open for The Manor at Gainesville Township. Sales are expected to begin by appointment only this spring, with the Welcome Center and onsite sales expected this summer. For more details and to register for the VIP List, visit DiscoverArtisan.com/The-Manor.
