VIP List Opens for New Master-Planned Community in Gainesville

Artisan Built Communities announces The Manor at Gainesville Township, part of a master-planned community under development within Gainesville city limits. The Manor is the first of many planned villages within the community and offers single-family estate homes priced from the $500,000s.

The Manor at Gainesville Township has 110 total home sites, to be released in multiple phases. The first phase features the largest home sites, with three-car garages and upscale features offered as standard. The six available home plans offer three to five bedrooms and up to four bathrooms ranging from 2,767 to 3,431 square feet of living space. Inviting interiors showcase open concepts ideal for entertaining, while generously sized bedrooms and flex living spaces offer room for the whole family.
