Chatcomm 911 To Host Hiring Event
The emergency dispatcher for Johns Creek, Sandy Springs, Dunwoody and Brookhaven is seeking to hire 911 telecommunicators.
SANDY SPRINGS, GA — The emergency dispatch service for Johns Creek, Dunwoody, Brookhaven and Sandy Springs will host a hiring event next month.
Chatcomm 911's job fair will be held from 8 a.m. to noon Saturday, Feb. 2 at 859 Mount Vernon Highway Suite 400 in Sandy Springs.
No experience is necessary to be considered for the 911 telecommnunicator position. These employees are tasked with answer emergency and non-emergency calls and also dispatching the appropriate police and fire units.

Minimum requirements include having a high school diploma or G.E.D. and being at least 18 years old.
