Tell us about your business and its history in your town.

We have been serving the Johns Creek community for over 19 years since before the city was established and was still considered Duluth. We have been very fortunate to have the opportunity to serve our amazing customers and their families, as many know us to handle their parents' and children's cleaning as well. It is a great feeling helping families with their cleaning needs as they pass through milestones in their lives from one generation to the next.

How has the new coronavirus impacted your business and its employees?

The current pandemic has, as it has many others, impacted us dramatically in the amount of customers we see each day. Understandably, the reduced need to dress up for work and special events has limited the amount of work we get coming in. Regardless, as an essential business, we feel we have a certain responsibility to ensure everyone's safety while simultaneously continuing to provide the services many still rely on today.

This includes wearing gloves and face masks as well as promoting social distancing in our lobby with marked areas and acrylic barriers. Cleaning and sanitation of surfaces both inside and outside our shop is now also done at highly frequent intervals. We also offer free pickup and delivery and curbside service for any that choose not to come into the building. We are being as mindful as possible to keep everyone's health and safety a top priority.

How can local customers support you now and in the future?

Allow us to handle your household items for spring cleaning by signing up for our pickup and delivery service! The use of our non-contact pickup and delivery service is highly encouraged as it provides a safe way to get service from us with the least amount of face to face contact and does not require you to leave your home.

We have always provided this service at no extra charge but a major change is that we are now also expanding our service radius to include more of our customers that live farther away. We hope that you begin to use this service and continue to do so well after the current crisis ends. You can sign up here or by calling us at (770) 623-6977.

Do you have any words of encouragement for your community?

Please follow the guidelines and recommendations of our public health organizations so that we may beat this virus together. Although many of us are facing hardship in the present, how we choose to react now will make us stronger in the future. Take this time to reflect on your current situations and look for opportunities to grow and make positive changes. Although this may be tough, this too shall pass; and, when it does, I trust that we all come out better for it.

Are you offering any special services, promotions or hours during this time?

Aside from our expanded pickup and delivery radius, we also offer curbside service. This service is available if you drive up to the front of the store and call us at (770) 623-6977 to inform us that you are outside and to pay for your order over the phone. We can collect any new items you need taken care of, if any, and we will give you your order without the need to get out of your car.

Are there any other outstanding businesses in town you think deserve some community support?

Most restaurants around our store including Stoney River, Trattoria / Cantina One 41, and L'Incontro are still open and may have family meal options available. Take the time to reach out to other local shops in the area if you can lend some support and buy from them if you are able.
