Johns Creek Concert To Support Cancer Patients
Tickets are on sale for Concert 4 A Cause, an April 27 event to support CanCare Atlanta.

JOHNS CREEK, GA — Concert 4 A Cause is scheduled from 6 to 9 p.m. Saturday, April 27. The music event will raise funds to support CanCare Atlanta, the local chapter of CanCare, a national cancer support group. The concert will take place at Johns Creek Presbyterian Church, 10950 Bell Road, home base for CanCare Atlanta.
“CanCare’s message of hope has made a tremendous difference in the lives of cancer patients and their families,” said Jenny Ridnour, committee chair of Concert 4 A Cause, in a press release.
“CanCare has trained more than 1,700 volunteers who are either cancer survivors or caregivers. They have provided one-on-one support to thousands of people and have made over 127,000 visits to patients and families in hospitals and treatment centers. CanCare truly embodies our motto, “A Survivor by Your Side.”

“Concert 4 A Cause will be a fun evening that supports a great cause,” she added.
Music will be provided by the Tim Tyler Duo, a high energy piano and guitar act. Those attending are encouraged to bring their own picnics and enjoy the festivities, which will include games for children.

Proceeds from the concert will support CanCare’s unique and innovative programs supporting families impacted by cancer. Tickets are $25 for adults; children 12 and under get in free.
