Tester has already met players and families, outlined expectations for spring and summer workouts, and joined a broader push to upgrade facilities, including efforts to secure a long-needed fieldhouse and new small-business sponsors. 
• Johns Creek students play in new year's parade (appenmedia.com) — Three Johns Creek High School musicians represented the city on a national stage as members of the Bands of America Honor Band in the 2026 Rose Parade. They spent a week in Southern California rehearsing, performing at Bandfest, and marching the 5.5-mile televised route, earning praise as ambassadors for their school, community, and scholastic music programs.
