What's Going On Around Town This Week

Tai Chi Class - Monday, 1:30 p.m. Program Fee: $70 for the 8-week Sept./Oct. session; $55 for the 6-week Nov./Dec. session. (Session 1 begins Sept. 9, session 2 begins Nov. 4).

Johns Creek City Council Meeting - Monday, 7 p.m. City Council will consider approving several bid awards along with a Fire Mutual Aid Agreement with Forsyth County.

Art Workshop - Tuesday, 10:15 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. Art Classes for everyone, regardless of experience. Classes cover a variety of mediums and techniques. Cost $5.

Friends of NO/SO Library - Friday from 1-5 p.m.; Saturday from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. and Sunday from 2-4 p.m. Proceeds benefit the Library. The Fall Book Sale by the Friends of the NE/Spruill Oaks Library will be held for the public on Friday, Oct. 11- Sunday, Oct. 13.
