Kennesaw Movie Series Postponed
The city and Boy Scout Troop 002 had invited local families to participate in an overnight camping experience on Saturday to coincide with the start of the outdoor movie series.

No need to pull out your blanket and outdoor chairs on Saturday, Kennesaw.
The start of the city's free outdoor movie series at Swift-Cantrell Park has been postponed.
"Due to the inclement weather forecast on Saturday, May 4, the City of Kennesaw's Outdoor Movie presentation of Disney/Pixar's Brave and the Backyard Campout have been postponed," according to a post on the Kennesaw Parks & Recreation Facebook page. "Both events will be rescheduled. A new date will be announced soon."
