Homicide At Buford Auto Parts Store Wednesday Night
Investigators believe it was a robbery attempt and police are looking for a black male suspect who fled toward I-85 in his vehicle.
BUFORD, GA - Gwinnett police are investigating a homicide at an auto parts store near Buford on Wednesday night.
Investigators believe it was a robbery attempt. There were two employees inside the store at time. One is the deceased and the other was unharmed.
The deadly incident took place at the O’Reilly Auto Parts at 2786 Hamilton Mill Road, Gwinnett police said in a news release. The original call came in at around 7:45 p.m. as a “person shot” call. Officers arrived to find a deceased male inside the store.

Investigators from the the Police Department's gang, robbery and homicide units, as well as the District Attorney's Office are at the crime scene.
