Violations: 2-1B, Violation of Code: [.03(5)(c) ] Dishwasher handled dirty dishes and immediately went to handling clean dishes without washing hands. Dishes were re-washed. Food employees shall clean their hands and exposed portions of their arms immediately before engaging in food preparation including working with exposed food, clean equipment and utensils, and unwrapped single-service and single-use articles. New Violation. 11D, Violation of Code: [.05(3)(g) ] Facility only has 2 bimetallic thermometers which are not capable of taking the temperature of thinly sliced foods.
