Violations: 2-1B, Violation of Code: [.03(5)(c) ] (a) Employee was observed donning gloves without washing hands; (b) Employee was observed entering the facility, handled clean walk-in cooler door and clean slicer; (c) Employee was observed wiping nose with bare hand then handled raw meat with bare hands. Hands were washed, equipment was cleaned, and foods were discarded. Employees not cleaning hands immediately before engaging in food prep, handling clean equipment, or single-use articles. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 2-1C, Violation of Code: [.04(4)(a) ] Employee touching french fries with bare hand. Food was discarded. Bare hand contact with ready-to-eat foods. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 4-2B, Violation of Code: [.05(8)(a) ] Employee was observed manually cleaning food-contact surfaces (pots, long trays, etc.) with detergent, rinsing equipment, then placed on the shelf to air dry. Equipment was removed then sanitized. After being cleaned, equipment was not sanitized. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 6-1B, Violation of Code: [.04(6)(f) ] Portabella sauce and nuggets holding between 120F-130F underneath the heat lamp or steam well. Portabella sauce was reheated to 185F and nuggets were discarded. Hot-held potentially hazardous foods not maintained above 135F; no time controls/documentation in place. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 13A, Violation of Code: [.10(2)(g) ] (a) Top one-third of inspection report is not posted in the drive-thru; (b) the entire current inspection report is not posted in the dining area and the previous inspection report is posted in the dining area. Inspection report was posted in the drive-thru window. Current inspection report not posted in public view within 15 feet of the primary entrance, 5-7 feet above the floor, and/or not readable from one foot or the top one-third of a copy of the current inspection report is not visible through the drive-thru window of the facility.
