Weekends in Lawrenceville: What's Going On?

Quite a few things are going on around town this weekend!

Music and Moonlight Concert Series 

Moonlight & Music Concert Series returns to the Gwinnett Historic Courthouse located in Downtown Lawrenceville.  The concert series occurs the last Friday of each month from May through September. The annual concert series features popular local and regional bands from a wide variety of musical themes in a casual and relaxed outdoor setting.

Kayak and Canoe Class

If you ever wanted to start kayaking, this is your chance. Learn the right way with an emphasis on safety. No experience is require. You will learn about the gear, safety, river signals, and everything that you need to know before hitting the river. We will work on strokes, river dynamics, river reading, and boat control. This is a two day class that starts with a lake paddle prepares you for class II rapids.

Summer Skating Kickoff

Join Sparkles Gwinnett this summer for weekday skating and other family attractions for kids of all ages. They have added daytime skating and family fun from 10am-6pm in addition to their regular evening and weekend schedule.
