Arrest- Darrell Atha was arrested at a residence in the area of Hickory Nut Way for an outstanding Probation Violation warrant out of Walton County.

Arrest- Desjon Giles was arrested at a residence in the area of Plaza Drive for an outstanding Criminal Trespass warrant and an outstanding Family Violence Battery warrant out of Monroe Police Department.

Arrest- Destiny Garrett was arrested at a residence in the area of Bold Springs Road for Disorderly Conduct following a dispute.

Hit and Run- Deputies responded to a hit and run in the area of Bold Springs Road and Sandra Way. Unknown injuries. Georgia State Patrol handled the scene of the accident.

Extra Patrol- Extra patrol was requested in the area of Eagles Nest Court in reference to possible drug activity in the area.

Safety Check – Walton County deputies conducted a safety check on Highway 81 and Jack Pittman Road. Deputies checked for the required driving criteria: valid driver’s license, vehicle registration and insurance. No citation or arrest in reference to this Safety Check.

Arrest- At a residence in the area of Centerville Rosebud Road Travis Mitcham was arrested for Possession of Schedule II Drugs, Possession of Drug Related Objects, and an outstanding warrant out of Newton County. Annie Duncan was also arrested at this residence for Possession of Schedule II Drugs and Possession of Drug Related Objects.

Arrest- Michael Matthews was arrested at a residence in the area of Marce Camp Road for an outstanding Probation Violation warrant out of the State Probation Office.

Vehicle Accident- Deputies responded to an accident in the area of Highway 81. No injuries. Georgia State Patrol handled the scene of the accident.

Arrest- David McPherson was arrested at a residence in the area of High School Ave in reference to an outstanding Bench warrant out of Walton County.

Suspicious Person- Deputies responded to the area of Criswell Road in reference to two subjects possibly trespassing in the area. Deputies checked the area, no contact. Extra patrol requested in reference to the incident.

Vehicle Accident- Deputies responded to an accident in the area of Highway 78. No life threatening injuries. Georgia State Patrol handled the scene of the accident.

Vehicle Accident- Deputies responded to an accident involving a deer in the area of New Hope Church Road and Double Springs Church Road. No injuries. Walton County Sheriff’s Office handled the scene of the accident.

Suspicious Person- Deputies responded to the area of Royal Park Drive in reference to an unknown white male in blue jeans and blue hoodie with a black backpack on was eating inside of an 18 wheeler. Suspect fled the scene on foot when confronted by vehicle owner. Deputies checked the area, no contact.

Vehicle Accident- Deputies responded to an accident in the area of Roscoe David Road. No injuries. Walton County Sheriff’s Office handled the scene of the accident.

Safety Check – Walton County deputies conducted a safety check on Highway 20 and Moons Tree Farm. Deputies checked for the required driving criteria: valid driver’s license, vehicle registration and insurance. No citation or arrest in reference to this Safety Check.

Suspicious Person- Deputies responded to the area of New Horizon Drive in reference to several juveniles in the area throwing up gang signs and wearing red hats and clothing. Deputies checked the area, no contact.

Arrest- Melvin Clay was arrested at a residence in the area of New Horizon Drive for Family Violence Battery and Cruelty to Children following a dispute.
