Bomb Threats Being Made To Gwinnett Businesses: Police

Bomb threats are being made to Gwinnett businesses demanding bitcoin payments via email, police said.

GWINNETT COUNTY, GA — The Gwinnett County Police Department has reported Gwinnett County businesses have received bomb threats demanding bitcoin payments via email but the threats are not credible, they say.

The Gwinnett County Police Hazardous Devices Unit, or bomb squad, is not out on any of the calls yet.
