GWINNETT COUNTY, GA — The Gwinnett County Police Department has reported Gwinnett County businesses have received bomb threats demanding bitcoin payments via email but the threats are not credible, they say.

The Gwinnett County Police Hazardous Devices Unit, or bomb squad, is not out on any of the calls yet.

Authorities are investigating the threats and working on a list of businesses that have been threatened.
