Christian Brothers Automotive Grayson Helps Single Moms for National Service Day
The local car shop helped 15 women with oil changes and safety and suspension repairs earlier this month.
Christian Brothers Automotive's Grayson store held its third annual National Service Day (also called Single Mom's Oil Change) on Saturday (Oct. 12) from 8 a.m. to noon.
The location's technicians, service managers and owner volunteered their time and their vendors' discounted parts and materials to benefit 15 very worthy recipients.Â
They did oil changes and safety and suspension repairs on cars for 15 single moms. Christian Brothers Automotive sponsors this event nationally at the corporate level and has stores holding this event in 13 states. Â
