Crossfit Loganville & Fitness Kula to Co-Host Health Day

Get free stuff and learn more about getting a healthy lifestyle Saturday from these Loganville businesses.

Crossfit Loganville & Fitness Kula are co-hosting a health day Saturday (Jan. 18) filled with services and free classes.

Everyone is welcome to stop by from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. to enjoy the following free activities: 

A "dunk truck" (for those that pre-registered only) will be there and this service accurately measures full body composition. Attendees of the day who didn't get to register for this service will have access to information on how to utilize this for themselves on another date. 

Free classes beginning with a 9 a.m. cardio and weights class, and Zumba throughout the day. Crossfit classes begin at 10 a.m. and information and additional workouts of the day (WODs) will be available.

Free chair massages by Mickie Culler will be available from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The Red Cross will be on site to offer information on Disaster Relief Services and on how anyone can donate blood to save a life. 

doTerra Essential Oils for healthy living will be available to test and for guests to gather information on how they can utilize this all-natural way to better health.

Advocare supplements information and products will be available to sample.

Hand-crafted jewelry by Shandy Originals will be available to purchase, including original designs advocating Autism Awareness and Breast Cancer Awareness. Designer Candy Lowry will also have all-natural and hand-made soaps available for purchase!

The event will take place Saturday (Jan. 18) from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Crossfit Loganville, located at 2887 Highway 78.
