β€œShe was in the process of moving from her apartment in Loganville into my house here in Conyers,” said Richardson’s boyfriend, Jack Moore. β€œHer lease at her apartment expires in August and she still had a few more things to move over.”

Moore said he was the second to last person known to have seen Richardson.Β

β€œShe left my house on Tuesday, (July 23) at about 9:30 (p.m.). She was going to a friend to take her to an ATM. The friend said she left her house at about 12:45 (a.m.)Β and she said sheΒ was headed back to my house, but she never arrived. I live about 10 minutes away,” he said.

Moore said Richardson’s family came in that weekend when nobody had been able to contact her. Police were called to open up the apartment at the Mews in Loganville where Richardson still had some of her belongings.

β€œNobody had been there,” Moore said, adding that a flyer or adΒ placed in the door a few days before was still wedged in the same place. β€œThe only thing inside was what was packed up to be moved.”

Moore said Richardson has two sons, one still in the Marine Corps and one who was just getting out. Neither they nor her parents have been able to get in touch with the missing woman either.

β€œHer phone is switched off – it just goes to voicemail,” Moore said.

The family is concerned that Richardson may not have access to medications that she needs. Moore said he did not think that she had any money on her and she only had about 100 miles worth of gas in her car.Β

β€œThat is another thing I am concerned about,” he said. β€œHer car is bright yellow. It has been entered in the GCIC (Georgia Crime Information Center) database, but it hasn’t been sighted.”

Rockdale County Sheriff's Office confirmed that there is an active missing person investigation for Richardson. Moore said flyers will be distributed in the next couple of days, and he is asking that as many people as possible share the information on the flyer.

Richardson was last seen at about 12:30 to 1 a.m. in Conyers during the overnight hours of July 23/24. She was driving a bright yellow Chevrolet Cobalt with a USMC sticker on the back bumper. If anyone has information they are asked to contact the Rockdale County Sheriff's Office at 770-278-8000.Β If anyone has information and wants to contact the investigator directly, his name is Corporal Dan Lang and his desk phone number isΒ 770-278-8168.
