- The Gwinnett County DA says the county has seen nearly 100 deaths tied to or suspected of being related to fentanyl use in 2022. The number of deaths could meet or even surpass the number of fentanyl-related deaths seen in the county last year. The statistic was brought up during the DA’s presentation to a budget Citizens Review Team last week, but the focus was ultimately on the budget requests being made. (Gwinnettdailypost.com)
