That night, a man approached a woman and her car, apparently at random, punched her, and then forced her into the back seat with her 1-year-old child before driving off. Fearing for her life, the woman grabbed her baby's car seat with the child in it and jumped from the moving vehicle. She was later treated for minor injuries. The child was unharmed.
