• Cashier — Provides checkout service to customers at registers, has thorough knowledge of all policies, procedures and duties related to customer transactions, greets all customers and maintains a safe and organized area
• Lot associate — Assists customers with the loading of their vehicles in addition to monitoring and maintaining the entrance of the store, also responsible for maintaining a sufficient quantity of carts near the entrance of the store
• Sales associate — Provides service by actively seeking out customers to assess their needs and provides assistance, has an emphasis on department and product knowledge, providing information on product features, and knowing related items to sell an entire project
• Freight team associate — Typically works overnight stocking merchandise onto shelves to remain in stock, organizes the sales floor to create a pleasant and safe shopping environment and provides customer service as required by customer demand
