- The Loganville Police Department is currently investigating the alleged rape of a 54-year-old Loganville woman on Friday, Nov. 18 in her home in the Stone Creek subdivision. According to the LPD incident report, the woman said a young black man in his early 20s confronted her with a gun in her bedroom, demanded money, and then forcibly raped her. (Monroe Local)
- On Nov. 22 the Supreme Court of Georgia upheld the decisions of the Fulton County Superior Court and the Court of Appeals of the State of Georgia allowing early voting on Saturday, Nov. 26, for the U.S. Senate runoff election. - The Loganville Christmas Parade and Tree Lighting is on Dec. 3, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Loganville Town Green, 235 Main St. The parade of lights will include entries from local schools, businesses, civic groups, and community members. - Gwinnett County Sheriff's Office warns the community that Averil Claude Johnson currently has an active warrant for Felony Probation for the original offenses of Aggravated Assault and Aggravated Battery.
