Suspicious Person/Vehicle- A business in the area of Baxter Parkway complainant reported an unknown vehicle parked in the rear of the business unoccupied. Complaint then reported seeing two unknown males who appeared to be hunting in the area. Deputies checked the area, no contact. Extra patrol requested in reference to the incident.

Safety Check – Walton County deputies conducted a safety check on Mountain Creek Church Road and Summerset Drive. Deputies checked for the required driving criteria: valid driver’s license, vehicle registration and insurance.
Arrest in reference to Safety Check:

• Jacob Glaze was arrested for an outstanding warrant out of Dawson County.

Arrest- Travis Grindle was arrested at a residence in the area of Walton Road in reference to outstanding warrants for Card Fraud (x2) and Entering an Auto (x2) out of Walton County.

Zone 5
Fraud- A residence in the area of Nancy Court complainant reported an unknown subject made unlawful charges on their credit card.

Vehicle Accident- Deputies responded to an accident in the area of Piney Grove Road and Etchison Road. No injuries. Georgia State Patrol handled the scene of the accident.

Arrest- James Graves was arrested in the area of South Smith Toad and Broadnax Mill Road for Driving Under the Influence and Failure to Maintain Lane following a single vehicle accident.

Zone 6
Vehicle Accident- Deputies responded to an accident in the area of Highway 78. Unknown injuries. Georgia State Patrol handled the scene of the accident.

Vehicle Accident- Deputies responded to an accident involving a deer in the area of Highway 78 and Youth Monroe Road. No injuries. Walton County Sheriff’s Office handled the scene of the accident.

Vehicle Accident- Deputies responded to an accident involving a deer in the area of Braswell Lane and South Sharon Church Road No injuries. Walton County Sheriff’s Office handled the scene of the accident.

Safety Check – Walton County deputies conducted a safety check on Highway 20 and Miller Bottom Road. Deputies checked for the required driving criteria: valid driver’s license, vehicle registration and insurance. No citation or arrest in reference to this safety check.

Vehicle Accident- Deputies responded to an accident in the area of HD Atha Road. No injuries. Georgia State Patrol handled the scene of the accident.

Theft- A residence in the area of Laurel Gate Lane complainant reported an unknown subject took a utility trailer from the residence. Trailer added into the National Database.

Fraud- At a business in the area of Olympic Court complainant reported a coworker possibly used their DEA number to receive medication.

Vehicle Accident- Deputies responded to an accident in the area of Highway 138 and Guthrie Cemetery Road. No life threatening injuries. Georgia State Patrol handled the scene of the accident.

Burglary/Damage to Property- A residence in the area of Brookshire Drive homeowner reported an unknown subject had burglarized their residence and vandalized the vehicle on location.

Zone 4
Entering Auto- A residence in the area of Ponderosa Trail homeowner reported an unknown white male entered their vehicle, but nothing appeared to be taken. Suspect was done prior to deputies arrival.

Theft- A residence in the area of James Huff Road complainant reported three shotguns and a pistol missing from the residence.

Zone 5
Vehicle Accident- Deputies responded to an accident in the area of Bay Creek Church Road and Grady Smith Road. Unknown injuries. Georgia State Patrol handled the scene of the accident.

Burglary- A residence in the area of Grady Smith Road homeowner reported their residence was forcefully entered by an unknown subject and several items were taken from the residence.

Safety Check – Walton County deputies conducted a safety check on Highway 11 and Bold Springs Road. Deputies checked for the required driving criteria: valid driver’s license, vehicle registration and insurance.
Arrest in reference to Safety Check:

• Shana Willbanks was arrested for Allowing an Unlicensed Person to Drive, Possession of Schedule II (Oxycodone), Possession of Drug Related Objects, and Drugs to be Kept in Original Container
• Steven Willbanks was arrested for Driving While License Suspended, Obstruction, Tampering with Evidence, Possession of Schedule II (Oxycodone), Possession Drug Related Objects, and Drugs to be Kept in Original Container
• Lamar Brock was arrested for an outstanding Probation Violation warrant out of Fulton County.
• Justin Mills and Cord Lambeth Possession of Schedule IV (Xanax), and Possession of Drug Related Objects

Scam- A residence in the area of Rabbit Farm Road complainant reported receiving a call from an unknown subject stating they were with the IRS and reported the complainant was being sued.

Vehicle Accident- Deputies responded to an accident in the area of Highway 78 and Bay Creek Church Road. Unknown injuries. Georgia State Patrol handled the scene of the accident.

Vehicle Accident- Deputies responded to an accident in the area of Highway 81 and Grove Trail. No injuries. Georgia State Patrol handled the scene of the accident.

Zone 7

Scam- A residence in the area of Leone Avenue complainant reported receiving a call from an unknown subject stating they were with the IRS and reported the complainant was being sued.

Damage to Property- A residence in the area of Bunny Court homeowner reported an unknown vehicle had run off the roadway and into their yard cause damage to the yard.

Safety Check – Walton County deputies conducted a safety check on Cannon Farm Road and Old Highway 138. Deputies checked for the required driving criteria: valid driver’s license, vehicle registration and insurance. No citation or arrest in reference to this safety check.

Forgery- A residence in the area of Lois Court complainant reported their name had been signed on to documented without their permission.

Vehicle Accident- Deputies responded to an accident involving a deer in the area of Loth Wages. No injuries. Walton County Sheriff’s Office handled the scene of the accident.

Safety Check – Walton County deputies conducted a safety check on Bay Creek Church Road and Old Zion Cemetery Road. Deputies checked for the required driving criteria: valid driver’s license, vehicle registration and insurance. No citation or arrest in reference to this safety check.

Arrest- Anthony Cribb was arrested in the area of Highway 78 for an outstanding warrant out of Snellville Police Department following a suspicious person traffic stop.

Zone 7
Vehicle Accident- Deputies responded to an accident involving a deer in the area of Centerhill Church Road and Waterport Drive. No injuries. Walton County Sheriff’s Office handled the scene of the accident.

Burglary- A residence in the area of Church Way complainant reported seeing two black males in a friend’s residence. Nothing seemed to be missing and suspects were gone prior to deputies arrival.
