Restaurant has continued to operate under these conditions. Matters today, regarding pests, were the worst observed in the facility thus far. Roach infestation has been noted on multiple inspections. However, there has been no visits to the restaurant by pest control company this year. There is also no contract with pest control company for regular services. Management must develop a plan of action to correct the pest control problem immediately and for long-term compliance. The owner and persons in charge must ensure that if an imminent health hazard exists because of gross unsanitary conditions, or other circumstances that may endanger public health, then operations are to be immediately discontinued and the Health Authority is notified. / Restaurant permit will not be reinstated until the restaurant has been thoroughly cleaned and treated; and there is a fully executed pest control contract in effect.
