Obituary and Funeral Arrangements: Patricia Cook Self

Patricia Cook Self age 76 of Grayson, formerly of Bogart, passed away Saturday, March 23, 2013. A funeral service will be held 2:00 PM Tuesday, March 26, 2013 in the Lawrenceville Chapel of Tim Stewart Funeral Home, with Rev. Thomas L. Jordan officiating. Entombment will follow at Evergreen Memorial Park, Athens.

Mrs. Self retired from Winn Dixie as a General Manager. She was preceded in death by her husband, Billy J. Self, and grandson, Steven Mote. She is survived by Daughters & Sons-in-law: Belinda & Konstantin Gregory, Orlando, FL; Deborah & John Eddie Mote, Winder, GA; Son: Jeffery Self, Stone Mountain, GA; Grandsons: B.J & Jennifer Mote, Gainesville, GA; Jeremy Self, Marietta, GA; 3 Great Grandsons.
